Meet Crystal Harband, LPCC — Compassionate, Trauma-Informed Therapist & Coach
Meet Crystal
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start feeling better.
I work with people who are doing their best but still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Maybe you’re the one others lean on, but lately it feels harder to show up for yourself. Therapy can be a place to breathe, reset, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
With a warm, interactive style, I offer space for reflection along with practical tools to help you feel more grounded and clear. I draw from a range of approaches — including somatic work and mindfulness — to support both immediate relief and deeper healing over time.
I believe in the power of showing up just as you are.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the music industry — promoting artists, managing creative teams, and navigating high-pressure environments. That chapter shaped my ability to meet people where they are, especially those balancing ambition, creativity, and emotional overwhelm. Later, I spent nearly a decade working in public schools, helping teens build self-worth and emotional resilience.
Today, I bring all of that to my work in private practice: curiosity, compassion, and an eclectic toolkit that supports each person’s unique path.
My background in yoga and mind-body practices helps me hold space in a way that honors both mind and body.
I’ve been practicing yoga since 1999, and it continues to teach me about presence, softness, and strength. My work is not about giving you homework or asking you to stretch — unless that’s your thing — but about helping you feel more whole and resourced, in whatever way makes sense for you.
Outside the therapy room, I love running, playing tennis, making art with my kids, and chasing sunlight wherever I can find it.
Let’s work together to help you feel more like yourself again.
